Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your official Ed Sheeran apparel, but if your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
